Centered on the pressure grease kettle (saponification reactor) and the blending kettle, it integrates a complete process chain — quenching, homogenizing, vacuum deaeration, filtration and conveying — so you can start from base oil and raw materials and consistently produce high-quality lithium grease and lithium complex grease.

Auxiliary & Post-Treatment Units
Quench · shear · homogenizing · deaeration · filtration · fillingThe system is supplied with a quench mixer, static shear unit, homogenizer, deaeration tank, jacketed filter and filling machine, forming a complete downstream chain. The homogenizer refines the soap fibers and improves finished-product appearance and mechanical stability; the deaeration tank removes air bubbles under vacuum, giving a smooth, fine-textured product.
