Sealing system: there are many seals in the emulsifier.The dynamic and static rings of the mechanical seal should be replaced regularly.Cycle depends on the frequent use of the equipment.The cooling system of double-sided mechanical seal should be checked regularly to avoid damage of mechanical seal due to cooling failure.Skeleton seals should be selected according to the material characteristics of the appropriate material, in the process of use should be replaced regularly according to the maintenance manual.

5, vacuum system: vacuum system, especially water ring vacuum pump, sometimes due to rust or debris and burn the motor.Therefore, in the routine maintenance process to check whether there is blockage, the water ring system should be unblocked.During use, if the vacuum pump is blocked, stop the vacuum pump immediately, clean the vacuum pump and restart it.

6, lubrication: motor, reducer according to the operation manual regularly replace the grease.If it is used frequently, the viscosity and acidity of the grease should be checked in advance and the lubricating oil should be replaced in advance.

7, emulsifier in the process of operation, if there is abnormal sound or other faults, should be immediately shut down for inspection, troubleshooting before operation.
