CAR-V-300 Automatic vertical silicone sealant cartridge filling and capping machine is suitable for viscose materials to plastic bottles , equipment automatically feeding bottles and caps, using quantitative cylinder servo motor control, automatic capping, set up spray code connection device (optional), other functions. Function:
1. Automatic control, manual addition of bottles and bottom caps, automatic bottle supply/automatic quantitative filling, automatic capping/automatic capping/automatic coding (not including coding machine)/automatic blanking;2. The whole machine adopts PLC controller and touch screen, strict precision control and processing technology of each transmission part, the equipment has high stability and fast response.
3. Adopt positive displacement metering cylinder, servo motor controls quantification. The filling measurement accuracy is high (error 0.5%), touch the screen to adjust the measurement parameters.
